Delivery

• Delivery lead time 3~5 working days to West Malaysia and 5~7 working days, to East Malaysia area, from the        proceed date after 12hours. (subject to stock availability)
• We not provide same day delivery, for urgent required we propose self collect in our shop. 
• Repack services only for courier services customer, self collect order will not enjoying this service. 

Cancellation

• You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund.
  
• If order already dispatched, cancellation request can be rejected. 

Return

• Not provide return offer, customer must double check and confirm before payment.
• You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:
  1. Damaged
  2. Defective
  3. Wrong item delivered
  4. Missing parts / Items
  Replacement process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.
  This quality evaluation process may last up to 3 business days.
